TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL TERMS
Must pay payment 100% beforehand. There is an option for a half and half payment, but it only works if your commission is 300$+
The price listed here is the base price, and depending on the complexity of your character, the price is subject to change.
Please credit me when you post the artwork on any the social media
Please let me know if something needs fixing. I'll gladly assist in resolving the problem.
Do not claim the artwork as yours.
LIVE2D TERMS
Everything in GENERAL TERMS.
Commercial usage with the model is entirely alright.
Please credit me for the model for the appropriate platform: youtube, twitch, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
PROCESS
Most artworks will take up to 1 - 3 months to complete. So the earliest is around 1-3weeks.
The client will have three free revisions (changes) during the sketching process and one on the base color; Other than that, there will be a charge (10$+ per change).
Every art comes with a transparent background.
If you feel unsatisfied with parts of the drawing, I will gladly change it up to 2 times.
You can message me to check commission progress every two weeks if commission progress is not updated during that period.

I only accept Paypal/WISE
Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD.
COPYRIGHT – USAGE POLICY
FOR PERSONAL USE
▶ As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example:
Post/display the commission anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
Promote myself with it in any place.
▶ As a commissioner you may:
Repost the art on other sites (with no profit purposes).
Print the art and make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
Use it as decoration for your Deviantart, Facebook profile, Skype,... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
You are not allowed to:
Change, modify, trace, or use my works without our permission.
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning-making money from it in any way) without permission/paying for commercial fees.
By purchasing any of my services, you automatically accept my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.
